LAWS 797 Technology and Entrepreneurship Clinic II
Under the direct supervision of Clinic attorneys, participating students work directly with clients on an extensive range of advanced intellectual property and business law issues, including trademark and patent prosecution, advanced copyright matters, privacy, and publicity matters. Clinic students will also be given the opportunity to work on matters involving business and IP contracts of various levels of complexity including but not limited to IP assignments and licenses, joint ownership agreements, joint venture agreements, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements. Open to: Upper-level, day, and evening students.
