LAWS 796 Technology and Entrepreneurship Clinic I
SULC's Technology & Entrepreneurship Clinic offers free transactional legal services to social enterprises, nonprofit organizations, select small businesses, inventors, and independent artists. Under the direct supervision of Clinic attorneys, participating students work directly with clients on an extensive range of basic intellectual property issues, including copyright, patent, and trademark matters. Clinic students will also be given the opportunity to counsel entrepreneurs and start-up companies on business law matters such as: business formation and structuring, contract overview, and compliance. Open to: Upper-level, day and evening students.
